Editor & Admin Dashboard Guide

Quick Assign: Use the dashboard's 3-dot menu to instantly assign a reviewer to a "Setup Phase" leaflet and trigger an email notification.
Advance Workflow: From the leaflet detail page, use this to officially move a document to the next stage.
The Bypass Route: When moving from 1st Edit (V1), you can choose the Standard Route (to V2) or completely bypass the second review and jump straight to Design (V4).

When reviewers submit feedback, it appears in the Triage section of the Leaflet Detail page.

Approve / Reject: Evaluate each piece of feedback. Rejected feedback requires a reason, which is logged for the reviewer.
Mark as Actioned: Once you physically update the PDF, mark Approved comments as "Actioned" to cross them off your to-do list.
Send Back: If feedback is confusing, use this button to bounce the leaflet back to the previous stage and ask the clinician for clarification.
Escalate: Tag in a Senior Reviewer or Admin for a second opinion without officially changing the workflow stage.

You can upload PDFs at any stage using the Advance or Edit modals.

Draft PDFs: Upload these during the review stages. This is what the clinicians will see and comment on.
Final/Live PDFs: You can only upload a "Live" PDF when advancing a leaflet to the final "Published" stage.

Adding Users: When you create a user, the system generates a secure backend profile and emails them a link to set their own password.
Reactivating Users: If a user was deleted but needs to return, simply recreate them using their original email address. The system will automatically reconnect their data and send a fresh login link.
